Home Maintenance Programs
Our program objective is simple: we will proactively minimize the possibility of unnecessary long term damage to your home. We will do this by sending out our representative to test all of your sinks, p-traps, under counter plumbing and dishwasher. We will also complete a visual inspection and correction of bad sealants of all bathtubs/showers and sinks, window seals and exterior weather strips. Then we make sure your downspouts are clear, check your water heater supply lines, all exterior sealants and check your water meter for any signs of slab leaks. If there is existing damage our qualified home service professional is there to advise, replace or repair the problem.
