| Mr. Kenneth R Turnage II is the founder and President of K2GC. Kenny has been in the Construction industry for over 22 years and is a licensed General Contractor who specializes in home improvement and remodeling of homes with water damage and/or fire loss. Kenny became a licensed General Contractor in 2000 after working in a family owned and operated business for 18 years. Kenny has extensive construction knowledge and has held numerous positions within the construction industry which have included a Project Foreman, Superintendent of Reconstruction, Estimating Supervisor, and Chief Operating Officer.. Since leaving the family business Kenny has also successfully founded K2GC. |

| Darold Gonzales |
Mr. Darold Gonzales is our Vice President of Operations and has over 15 years of General Management experience. Prior to joining K2GC Darold held various Regional Leadership roles for Safeco Insurance, Esurance & Farmers Insurance for the Property & Casualty Claims operations primarily in the Southwest (California, Arizona & Nevada). Darold has held numerous positions in the Property & Casualty Claims industry from Claims Trainee, Casualty Claims Adjuster, Field Claims adjuster, Liability Staff Specialist, Unit Manager, Product Line Manager, Claims Manager, and Regional Claims Manager for Property, Casualty & Auto operations. Darold oversees all of K2GC's business operations, is a proud member of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce & Contra Costa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was selected to be a member of the Business Network International organization in the Contra Costa County area. Darold graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.A. Degree in Sociology and a minor in Business.

Eileen Blumhardt-Butler

Ms. Eileen Blumhardt-Butler is our Office Manager and has over 20 years of Property Management experience. In addition, Eileen is a licensed Tax Preparer with over 18 years of experience and is licensed by the California Tax Educational Council. Eileen is the hub of K2GC and she continually ensures that all aspects of our office are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

| Jim McCarthy |
Mr. Jim McCarthy is our Superintendent with over 25 years of General Construction experience. Jim has been a licensed (B Class) General Contractor since 1992 and also has a C-15 Class Flooring license since 1995. Prior to joining K2GC Jim was a Superintendent for Meritage Homes, an Installation Manager for Builders Show Case Interiors & also founded his own General Contractor company. Jim takes a great deal of pride in providing exceptional customer service and a high quality of work as well.

| Robert Orr |
Mr. Robert Orr is our Project Manager with over 12 years of experience working as a Property Field Claims Supervisor, a Structural Damage Appraiser & Claims Representative for several insurance carriers. Robert has earned a Real Estate Appraiser license and is also a certified Xactimate user. Robert ensures that our projects are being completed in a timely, efficient & quality manner, as well as, keeping our customers updated every step of the way until the project is successfully completed. Robert attended Fresno State University while pursuing his degree in Physical Education. Robert is also very active in his community especially with Little League.
